A student resting over a bolster, supported by props

classes.

New students

Start with
two weeks,
not with
one class.

One class tells you what the room smells like. Three or four tell you what the method is doing to your body.

Call +1 512-762-5932 and Renae will tell you what the current intro is and get you into a class this week.

New students only, once.

Your first hour

You will spend a lot of it resting on the floor. Props are here, so you do not need to bring anything except clothes you can move in. Sixty minutes, one joint at a time, positions held long enough that you will feel things you have not felt in years. That is the point of them.

No experience necessary. No flexibility required. Nobody is going to ask you to touch your toes, there is no sequence to keep up with, and there is no back of the room to hide in because everyone is working on their own body anyway.

Come a few minutes early on your first day and tell Renae what your body has been doing. Old injuries, a surgery, the shoulder you do not talk about, the thing your body has been telling you for years. She teaches nearly every class herself, so what you tell her is what she works with, not a form somebody files.

If you would rather have that conversation before you commit to anything, call +1 512-762-5932 or email renae@kaiutyogaaustin.com.

After the two weeks

By then you will know how many times a week you can realistically get here, which is the only useful basis for choosing a plan. Most people who get results are practising two or three times a week. Consistency is doing the work in this method, not intensity, and the plans are built around that rather than around a punch card.

Passes and memberships are here, with the price written on the page rather than hidden behind a booking window.
