What we collect, what we do with it, and how to make us stop.

What we collect

Only what you hand us. If you email us, call us, or put your address on our newsletter list, we have that. This website itself does not ask you for anything, does not run advertising trackers, and sets no cookies of its own.

Booking and payment

Buying a pass and booking a class happen inside our booking system, Walla, which runs in a window on our booking page. Your account, your class history and your card details live there under their own privacy policy and security. We never see or store a card number, and that window may set its own cookies in order to keep you signed in.

What we do with it

We answer you. That is the main thing. We may also email you now and then about classes, workshops and studio news. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to anyone outside the studio except where it is necessary to do the thing you asked us for.

Making us stop

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and using it is not a statement about the friendship. You can also, at any time, ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Call +1 512-762-5932 or email renae@kaiutyogaaustin.com and say so. You do not have to give a reason.

Keeping it safe

Anything sensitive you send is encrypted in transit, which is what the padlock in your address bar is telling you. Offline, only the people who need your information in order to do their job can reach it.
